About Me

I'm Thomas,

I am a fine art photographer who blends alternative photographic processes with painting to create one of a kinds and limited editions. I studied at the Art Center College of Design in Los Angeles.

I honed my concept driven work early on in the entertainment industry and still apply that creative edge to all of my work. I am evolving as an artist. I became fascinated with the look of vintage tintypes, the warm colors, the feel of the metal and serendipity the vintage lenses create - a focal point that falls off into a softness of selective focus.

My Illuminated Hand Series is produced using this process, all are framed original tintypes. The Mask Series was photographed on a vintage camera, printed on canvas and painted to give a unique one of a kind look. Whereas my Under the Big Top Series started off as a tintype and morphed into digital art. And now I'm painting and incorporating mixed media into my fine art, always evolving......
